Learn which plants you can eat in nature, turn into remedies and even skincare!
During the walk, Agnès will teach you how to identify edible plants, where to find them, and how to use them. We’ll take a slow walk, stopping often to look closely at the plants we find. You’ll get to touch, smell, and taste some of them, making it easier to remember their names and uses. The plants we see depend on the season and the area we explore.
At the end of the walk, you can enjoy a snack or drink made with fresh wild plants. The treats change with the season!
Past snacks have included:
- Herbal teas
- Dandelion flower lemonade
- Yarrow cordial
- Wild salad with homemade vinaigrette
