Discover the joy of eating wild plants! It’s not just tasty and healthy—it’s a fun, creative way to connect with the local nature, spend more time outside, live more sustainably while enjoying a diverse and nutrient rich food. During the walk, Agnès will teach you how to identify edible plants, where to find them, and how to use them in food, remedies, and even skincare.
We’ll take a slow walk, stopping often to look closely at the plants we find. You’ll get to touch, smell, and taste some of them, making it easier to remember their names and uses. The plants we see depend on the season and the area we explore.
At the end of the walk, you can enjoy a snack or drink made with fresh wild plants. The treats change with the season!
Past snacks have included:
- Herbal teas
- Dandelion flower lemonade
- Yarrow cordial
- Wild salads with homemade vinaigrette
